unit/investment trust
- Buy properties at auction,
and: renovate and sell/let

Stocks and Shares
We all want to make money
and we don't want to spend a lot of time doing it .Here's four ways:-
- Invest in bank shares
not their savings account-A typical bank savings account will net you
interest of typically 3%Typically bank shares have been producing yields
of between 5%-6%
- Invest through your
pension-From
April 2006 you will be able to set up a self-invested personal pension.A
basic rate taxpayer will be able to buy a £1 investment for just 78p
of taxed earnings, and 60p for a high rate taxpayer.
- Re-invest dividends-The
bedrock of all long-term stock market performance. The Barclays Equity Gilt
study shows that £100 invested in 1899 in a broad range of shares
would be worth just £170 in real terms at the end of 2004,excluding
dividends.Yet with full reinvestment would be worth £18,875-the numbers
speak for themselves
- A low cost index
tracker-The stockmarket over the long term, with dividends reinvested, outperformed
every other kind of investment. The easiest way share in the growth is to
purchase a low cost index tracker, which takes a broad range of shares which
are representative of the economy
